About The Position

We are seeking a lively and enthusiastic Soccer Coach to lead engaging soccer classes at a local daycare/schools! The Coach will guide children through playful and educational activities while maintaining a safe environment. The ideal candidate has previous experience working with kids (as a coach, teacher, camp counselor, or leader) and genuinely enjoys being around children. This role is a great opportunity for anyone interested in early childhood education or child development. New Coaches can expect to lead 3–6 classes per week, with pay ranging from $15 to $20 per hour.

Requirements

• Previous experience working with children.
• Must be reliable and consistently punctual.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license with a clean record and have reliable transportation.
• Required to pass a background check, complete SafeSport training, and obtain First Aid/CPR certification.
• Flexible with scheduling.
• Open to growth and continuous learning.
• Willing and able to travel to different class locations.

• Soccer background is a plus.
• Enthusiastic, energetic, patient, positive, and attentive.

Responsibilities

• Guide children through playful and educational soccer activities.
• Maintain a safe environment for all participants.
• Provide individualized attention to help every child succeed.
• Create a fun, pressure-free atmosphere using a non-competitive approach.
• Use positive reinforcement to motivate kids and celebrate achievements.
• Keep class rosters organized.
• Establish and maintain strong connections with directors, teachers, parents, and children.
• Attend ongoing trainings and follow the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual.
