About The Position

Competitive pay wage of $20.00 to $22.00 per hour plus an additional $2 per hour for each additional sibling! Do you love working with kids and making a difference in their lives? We’re looking for reliable, caring, and energetic Respite care nannies to join our team! Requirements

• Able to provide 3 references : 2 non-family childcare-related (paid or unpaid) and 1 character reference
• At least 1 year of childcare experience (special needs experience a plus!)
• Compassionate, reliable, and safety-focused
• Minimum age: 18 years old
• Reliable vehicle + valid driver’s license
• CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain—we’ll reimburse you!)
• Available for shifts of at least 4 hours (evenings are often requested more than mornings)
• Comfortable working with children ages 6 months–12+ years
• Must be able to lift 35 lbs, be active, and react quickly to ensure child safety
