Reporting to a Foundation Manager or Director, the Foundation Associate is an integral member of the foundation team with primary responsibilities in support of annual giving campaigns and strategic initiatives. This individual is responsible for coordinating third-party, community, and corporate fundraisers, serving as a liaison to partners and stakeholders, and supporting the implementation and execution of the annual giving campaign. Additionally, this position is responsible for supporting the successful delivery of donor engagement strategies, cultivating and stewarding relationships to ensure long-term viability. The position also requires management of a small donor/sponsor prospect portfolio.
