Our Children’s House program (ages 3–6) is the foundation of this journey—and we’re looking for someone special to help support it during the after-school hours. About the Role Do you enjoy working with young children and helping them learn through play, movement, and meaningful connection? Are you patient, positive, and eager to support a nurturing environment? We are seeking a Part-Time After Care Assistant to work with our Children’s House students (ages 3–6) from 3:00–6:00 PM each day. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in early childhood education or Montessori environments, and who is looking for part-time, consistent work during the school year.
Requirements
- Experience working with young children
- A calm, nurturing demeanor and a passion for early childhood education
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Successful completion of background check

Responsibilities
- Supervise children in our Montessori after-care program with care, attention, and consistency
- Lead engaging, developmentally appropriate activities to promote social and emotional development
- Ensure a safe, calm, and respectful environment aligned with Montessori values
- Support student transitions and self-care routines
- Communicate positively with children, staff, and families as needed
- Assist with clean-up and end-of-day preparation for the next day
