About The Position
We are seeking a passionate and energetic gymnastics coach to join our team at The Little Gym of Torrance. As a coach, you will have the opportunity to inspire and motivate young children while teaching them the fundamentals of gymnastics in a fun and supportive environment.
Requirements
- Prior experience coaching gymnastics, children's sports or working with children in a similar setting
- Knowledge of gymnastics techniques and terminology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work either evenings or mornings and at least one weekend day at the Torrance location
- Passion for working with children and helping them reach their full potential
Responsibilities
- Lead and instruct gymnastics classes in Torrance for children ages 3 to 12 years old
- Implement proven lesson plans that focus on skill development and progression
- Provide a safe and positive learning environment for all students
- Communicate effectively with parents and provide feedback on student progress
- Assist with special events, birthday parties, and other gym activities
