Under minimal supervision, prepares and leads all levels of exercise classes designed to improve cardiovascular endurance, develop and improve muscle tone and improve the ability to perform activities of daily living. In doing so, designs the class routines, selects appropriate music, instructs participants in proper form and techniques, and modifies class intensity and/or routine in order to address the needs of the healthy and/or special population participants. Set up and clean up of the studio and equipment used in said class is required.
