About The Position

The Little Gym is the world’s premier enrichment and physical development center for children ages 4 months through 12 years. Programs offer children a Springboard to Life’s Adventures by using movement-based learning and imaginative play to help build the confidence and skills needed at each stage of childhood.

Requirements

• Background in gymnastics, dance, early childhood development or education.
• Ability to provide outstanding customer service.
• Willingness to lead and make a positive impact.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in child development or physical education.
• A fun and energetic personality.
• Ability to engage with children and parents effectively.

Responsibilities

• Teach amazing classes and lead fabulous birthday parties based on our proven curriculum and teaching method.
• Be part of a team of instructors who teach classes and run birthday parties on the weekends.
• Coordinate all aspects of birthday parties with families who are hosting at our facility.
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience.
• Make a positive impact on the growth and development of the children and families of our community.
