About The Position

The Little Gym is the world’s premier enrichment and physical development center for children ages 4 months through 12 years. Programs offer children a Springboard to Life’s Adventures by using movement-based learning and imaginative play to help build the confidence and skills needed at each stage of childhood. For over 40 years, our trained instructors have nurtured happy, confident kids through parent/child classes, gymnastics, dance and enjoyable extras like camps, Parents’ Survival Nights, skill clinics and Awesome Birthday Bash parties. Once you become a part of The Little Gym squad, you will be part of a team dedicated to the growth and development of children all over the globe.

Requirements

• Background in gymnastics, dance, early childhood development or education.
• Ability to provide outstanding customer service.
• Willingness to lead and make a positive impact.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in child development or physical education.
• A fun-loving personality and ability to engage with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Teach amazing classes and lead fabulous birthday parties based on our proven curriculum and teaching method.
• Be part of a team of instructors who teach classes and run birthday parties on the weekends.
• Coordinate all aspects of birthday parties with families who are hosting at our facility.
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience.
• Make a positive impact on the growth and development of the children and families of our community.
