What You'll Do: Coach Like a Pro: Deliver fun, dynamic classes that boost brainpower, physical skills, and character for kids walking to 11 years old Master of Curriculum: Understand the magic behind KidStrong's programs and communicate it with flair. Be the Best: Achieve Coach Certification and keep leveling up your skills like you're in a video game with our stellar training programs Family Friend: Create positive interactions with families before, during, and after class -- you're the reason they love KidStrong! Class Commander: Ensure classes run smoothly and on time, every time. No tardy bells here! Family Connector: Keep families engaged and excited about KidStrong. Think of yourself as the social glue that keeps everyone together. Master of all: Coach class, camps, movie nights, and anything else your center leaders might ask for Center Operations: Event Enthusiast: Assist in community events and center initiatives. Party planner meets motivational speaker. Clean & Green: Participate in the upkeep and maintenance of our awesome center. Cleanliness is next to awesomeness. KidStrong is a private child development training center focused on brain, physical & character development for ages walking through 11 years old. KidStrong offers a science-based curriculum that is parent-focused and taught by professionals. Requirements

Passion for Kids: Non-negotiable. You must love working with children.
Coaching Background: Experience with kids aged walking - 11 years old.
Communication Whiz: Comfortably speak to parents and guardians.
Energetic & Fun: Bring high energy and a clear, engaging presence to every class.
Mentorship Magic: Be a mentor to other coaches, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
CPR Certified: Or Willingness to get it. Safety First!
Command Presence: Set the bar high and speak with authority
Passionate: Strong love for coaching
Mentor: Form deep relationships with KidStrong families
Performer: Fun, likable, and a joy to be around.
Professional: Strives for consistent excellence
Teacher: Communicate with knowledge of our programming.
