About The Position

As a Children's Behavioral Health Data Analyst in the Office of Behavioral Health, you will: • Assist in the collection, organization, and analysis of data to support the Office of Behavioral Health (OBH) Children's Behavioral Health Services (CBHS). • Review and assess data quality from multiple sources, ensuring compliance with federal and state standards. • Support federal reporting requirements under the Settlement Agreement between CBHS and the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ). • Collaborate on data systems re-development to support key process improvements to CBHS' system of care under the Settlement Agreement. • Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders, translating complex data into accessible, actionable insights. • Participate in cross-program analytics and special projects related to behavioral health initiatives. This position will interact with members of the CBHS Program Team as well as the OBH Data Team staff daily to ensure that all Settlement Agreement data and evaluation needs are met. The successful candidate must have strong communication skills, be organized and self-motivated, and be a strong team player. The OBH Data Team is a highly collaborative unit that often experiences peak, high-paced periods throughout the year. You may also be responsible for assisting the team on other various tasks as needed.

Requirements

Nice To Haves

  • Demonstrated data analysis skills using Excel, Tableau, SQL, R, Power BI, or similar programs.
  • Demonstrated skill in process improvement, program evaluation, and reporting.
  • Understanding of children's behavioral health services and behavioral health data structures.
