About The Position

The Childcare Representative at Crunch Fitness is responsible for creating a friendly and safe environment for children while their parents work out. This role combines customer service with childcare duties, ensuring that children are engaged and cared for during their time at the gym. Requirements

• Valid Child/Infant CPR certification
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong multi-tasking skills

• Must be 18 years or older

Responsibilities

• Provide a friendly atmosphere for members and children
• Ensure proper registration and check-out of children and parents
• Watch and care for children to ensure their safety
• Engage in consistent interaction with children
• Initiate games and arts & crafts projects
• Assist in bottle-feeding babies or older children's needs as directed by parents
• Keep children calm and entertained
• Clean and sanitize childcare toys
• Maintain a safe working area free of sharp or harmful objects
• Answer childcare phone and communicate information to parents/guardians
• Know and follow all policies, procedures, and standards
• Facilitate member requests or forward them to a manager
• Assist in all projects as delegated by club management
