About The Position
As a Childcare Teacher at Heritage Preschool of Ross Bridge, you will play a crucial role in promoting the academic and social-emotional growth of all students in your care. This position requires a commitment to creating a nurturing and engaging environment where children can thrive. You will be responsible for developing partnerships with parents to encourage their participation in their child's education, fostering a collaborative atmosphere that benefits both students and families. Upholding confidentiality is paramount in this position, as you will be privy to sensitive information regarding students and their families. In your daily tasks, you will build strong relationships with both parents and staff, providing a safe and clean environment for the students. You will supervise children in the classroom, common areas, and playground, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Actively engaging in classroom activities is essential, as you will be responsible for distributing projects and assignments to each student's folder. Additionally, you will assist in the completion of various reports as needed, including health, incident, accident, and daily reports. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about early childhood education and are looking to make a positive impact in the lives of young learners.
