Requirements

  • Previous experience working with infants and toddlers in a childcare setting.
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with parents and team members.
  • Passion for early childhood education and child development.
  • Ability to create engaging and educational activities for young children.
  • Understanding of child safety and health regulations.
  • Positive, enthusiastic demeanor with a commitment to nurturing young learners.

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans for infants and toddlers.
  • Foster a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment.
  • Observe and assess children's development and progress regularly.
  • Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's growth and milestones.
  • Collaborate with fellow teachers to enhance curriculum and classroom activities.
  • Maintain a clean and organized classroom that meets safety standards.
  • Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development through play-based learning.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
