2025-2026 Childcare Teacher 185-day contract 8 hours per day Pay: $12.05 per hour This posting will remain posted for the school year but may not reflect an active opening

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Criminal History review request and fingerprinting
• CECPD PDL Registry
• OKDHS required Safe Sleep Training
• OKDHS Orientation for Child Care Program Professional Training
• First Aid and CPR
• District required: FERPA, BBP
• ELCCT training through CECPD (90 days to complete)

Responsibilities

• Provide Care and maintain the well-being and safety of the children in the classroom.
• Plan and carry out activities appropriate for the age of the children in the classroom.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment by sanitizing all the toys and surfaces in a regular schedule.
• Comply with all Oklahoma Department of Human Services and Enid Public Schools District's regulations pertaining to the site and the children in the program's care.
• Observe and record children's activities on the approved program forms.
• Provide information to parents about their children, as well as, child development information.
• Participate in staff meetings.
• Fulfill annual staff development or training sessions as required by the Department of Human Services.
• Write and implement weekly lesson plans based on the Early Learning Guidelines.
