About The Position

They are seeking experienced and caring individuals to join their team as Childcare / Daycare Teachers. In this role, the teacher will play a vital part in shaping the early educational journey of children, helping them discover the joy of learning while providing care and support for their development.
Requirements
- CDA or BA in Early Childhood Education (or related field)
- Clean background and up-to-date health screenings
- Documented experience working with children, references are required.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Nice To Haves
- EEC Teacher Certified / Lead Teacher / Director Qualified
- Experienced in emergent curriculum approaches
- Bilingual or experience with special education
- Leadership or mentor experience
Responsibilities
- Lead classes using an Emergent Curriculum that sparks curiosity
- Support emotional, cognitive, and physical development in a safe setting
- Partner with parents using strong communication and empathy
- Collaborate with specialists to meet each child's unique needs
- Maintain detailed records in line with EEC standards
