About The Position

Healthy Kids Programs is seeking a Childcare Site Director to lead our Before & After School and Summer Programs at Island Village Elementary. This role is perfect for a hands-on leader who enjoys working with children, supporting staff, and running a high-quality program in a structured, well-supported environment. You’ll manage daily operations at one site, supervise a small team, and ensure a safe, engaging experience for children—while being supported by a Regional Director, established curriculum, and proven systems. Featured Benefit: Employer-Paid Childcare Healthy Kids Programs provides childcare for school-age children (ages 5–13) enrolled in program on the days and during the hours you work. Employer contributions cover the cost of care, so you can focus on your job while your child participates in a safe, structured, and engaging program, all without needing to arrange outside care.
