Requirements
- Candidates should have a minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in the home care & child care industry, demonstrating compassion and a strong commitment to caring for others.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are required, and applicants must pass a background check and provide professional references.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care to clients in their homes.
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
- Engage clients in activities that enhance their quality of life.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, their families, and team members.
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and company policies.
