About The Position

The Kango Driver position is a part-time, contract role focused on providing safe and reliable transportation for children to and from school. As an independent contractor, drivers have the flexibility to choose their rides through an app, allowing them to work on their own schedule while contributing positively to their community.

Requirements

• Must be 23 years or older.
• A 4-door vehicle that is a 2015-2025 model (no more than ten years old).
• 3+ years of experience working with children.
• Availability during peak morning (7:30-9 am) and/or afternoon (2-5 pm) time periods.
• Ability to undergo background checks and fingerprinting.
• Able to complete onboarding steps within two weeks.

Responsibilities

• Transport children safely and reliably to school, home from school, or both.
• Ensure child safety at all times during rides.
• Communicate with parents and Kango staff in a friendly and professional manner.
