About The Position

The Learning Experience in Timnath is hiring a joyful and energetic Floater Teacher to support multiple classrooms and age groups. This role is ideal for a flexible, team oriented educator who enjoys variety and making a positive impact wherever support is needed. What You Will Do Provide classroom coverage and support across multiple age groups including preschool Create a warm, safe, and engaging learning environment for children Support social, language, cognitive, and motor development through play based learning Assist with daily routines including meals, transitions, and classroom activities Communicate positively with families and team members Implement The Learning Experience award winning L.E.A.P. Curriculum Maintain clean, organized, and joyful classroom spaces

Requirements

Must meet Colorado PDIS requirements at Level 2 or higher. Verification required prior to hire.
Experience in childcare, preschool, or early childhood education preferred
Positive, adaptable, and reliable with strong attention to safety
Passion for early childhood education and teamwork

Nice To Haves

Pyramid Plus or Infant and Toddler Certification is a strong plus but not required
