About The Position

Where Happy Happens Here Every Day The Learning Experience in Timnath is hiring a joyful and energetic Floater Teacher to support multiple classrooms and age groups. This role is ideal for a flexible, team oriented educator who enjoys variety and making a positive impact wherever support is needed. What You Will Do Provide classroom coverage and support across multiple age groups including preschool Create a warm, safe, and engaging learning environment for children Support social, language, cognitive, and motor development through play based learning Assist with daily routines including meals, transitions, and classroom activities Communicate positively with families and team members Implement The Learning Experience award winning L.E.A.P. Curriculum Maintain clean, organized, and joyful classroom spaces The Learning Experience At The Learning Experience, we make early education joyful, engaging and fun so children are happy to learn, play and grow. Our curriculum focuses on the six ages and stages of early childhood development and engages children in hands-on learning activities that encourage them to explore and solve problems at their own rate of development. This forms a foundation for kids to Learn, Play and Grow under the care of our nurturing teachers and staff. At TLE®, we’ve created a full cast of characters that become our little learners’ educators, partners and friends through their preschool education journey. Each character has a unique personality and area of interest and brings learning to life by allowing children to explore the world through fun and imagination. Requirements

  • Must meet Colorado PDIS requirements at Level 2 or higher. Verification required prior to hire.
  • Experience in childcare, preschool, or early childhood education preferred
  • Positive, adaptable, and reliable with strong attention to safety
  • Passion for early childhood education and teamwork

Nice To Haves

  • Pyramid Plus or Infant and Toddler Certification is a strong plus but not required
