Responsibilities

  • Help oversee the daily operations of childcare school in accordance with state licensing and company policies.
  • Partner with families to provide the best care and early education for their children.
  • Assist with the implementation of our curriculum, including developmentally-appropriate play and classroom environments.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, and others.
  • Assist with recruiting, hiring, and supervising teammates (i.e. administrators, teachers, and support staff).
  • Be in ratio in the classrooms as needed for center operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in early childhood education, Elementary Education, or related field required.
  • Two to five years of experience in licensed childcare required.
  • Previous management or administrative experience in childcare preferred.
  • Proficient computer skills in a variety of business-related programs, including Microsoft Office.
  • Willingness to travel within the Concord-Charlotte area.
