About The Position

Childcare Director in Training | Richmond Hill Foundations Early Learning Center is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Childcare Director in Training to join our team. As Director in Training, you will have the opportunity to assist in leading a team of educators and create a nurturing and engaging learning environment for children. Salary: $45K to $55K plus FREE childcare Responsibilities include : Help oversee the daily operations of the childcare center Assist with implementing curriculum standards and educational programs Supervising and supporting staff members Ensuring compliance with licensing and regulatory requirements Building positive relationships with parents and guardians Maintaining a safe and healthy environment for children Collaborating with the management team to achieve program goals Locations: 62 Doty Court Richmond Hill, GA

Requirements

• CDA/AA degree in ECE or a related field required
• 3-5 years prior experience as a preschool director or in a leadership role in an early childhood education setting preferred
• Excellent knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with staff, children, and parents
• Understanding of licensing and regulatory requirements for licensed chilkdcare programs

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred
