About The Position

Homewatch CareGivers is seeking in-home Childcare Caregivers. As part of our care team, you will be able to build meaningful relationships with clients, grow your skill set with our free online learning academy, and have a flexible schedule. Requirements

  • Previous childcare or nanny experience preferred
  • CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Warm, patient, and energetic personality
  • Ability to pass background checks
  • Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation

  • Bilingual is a plus!

Responsibilities

  • Provide attentive, nurturing care for children in a safe and loving environment
  • Prepare meals and snacks for children, ensuring a balanced diet
  • Help with personal care tasks like bathing and dressing
  • Assist with household duties including laundry, light cleaning, and meal preparation
  • Follow and enforce family rules and routines
  • Communicate effectively with parents regarding daily activities and child updates
  • Follow care plan to assist clients with personal care needs
