About The Position

Transports students from school and to/from fieldtrips in a safe manner. Appropriately operates the vehicles and equipment. Obeys all traffic laws and transportation practices outlined in the Driver Handbook, Company Policy, and local ordinances. Observes all mandatory safety regulations and keeps all emergency exits clear of obstructions. Effectively handles the vehicle and students in adverse weather conditions. Relates well to students and staff. Inspects the vehicle before and after each route or activity trip. Maintains vehicle in clean condition and informs the Director of any routine maintenance or repairs required. Adheres to district health and safety policies. Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid CDL (with passenger endorsement) License and clean driving record.
3 years prior professional driving experience
Must be able to work as part of a team and get along with various personalities.
Pass Background check.
