JOB SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Youth Programming Director, the Childcare attendant will provide a world class service to our future junior members by caring, interacting and engaging with them. We are looking for energetic, dependable, reliable, and experienced child caregivers to love in our littlest members of Ridglea Country Club.

Requirements

  • Highschool Diploma/G.E. D (Required)
  • 1+ years’ experience working in a licensed Childcare facility
  • CPR/First Aid certified or willingness to obtain
  • Meet state specific guidelines for the role
  • Able to lift 30 pounds and capable of getting on and off the floor to play with the kids.
  • Must be a self-starter and able to work without immediate supervision
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when necessary
  • Must complete CPR, TB Tests, First Aid, Food Handler course & Fort Worth Childcare Workers Permit within 2 weeks of employment offer.

Nice To Haves

  • Love of singing, dancing, sports, and art preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a group of children in crafts and games
  • Responsibly always supervise children
  • Work with children ages 3 months-11 years of age
  • Work with multiple age groups at one time
  • Follow all safety practices and licensing standards
  • Physically pick up a child
  • Clean and sanitize
  • Help children with bathroom breaks, naps, diaper changes and toilet training
  • Serve meals
  • Exercise good judgment
  • Be on time, prepared and present
  • And have fun!
