About The Position

Trinity Christian Academy's Early Learning Program is seeking applicants for a childcare assistant teacher. Our current needs are for a 12-month full-time position (7:15am-4:15pm) and a 12-month part-time position (7:30am-2:30pm). The Early Learning Program full-time teacher will give oversight to their assigned classroom and children. This oversight will include but not limited to supervision, instruction, preparation, sanitation, and care of personal needs of children.

Requirements

• Evidence of an authentic and active Christian Walk
• Proficient skills in an Early Learning environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent communications skills both written and oral
• Must have DCF 40 hours training and Pediatric CPR/First Aid certification or be willing to obtain these qualifications
• Background Screening
• Must be a US citizen

Responsibilities

• Supervision of children in the classroom
• Instruction and preparation of learning materials
• Sanitation and cleanliness of the classroom
