As an Assistant Teacher, your role involves creating a nurturing environment where children can thrive, assisting in guiding young learners while prioritizing their safety and well-being. You will also collaborate with the lead teacher to plan engaging activities that promote growth across various areas of development and cultivate strong partnerships with parents through open communication.

Requirements

• Hold a High School Diploma or its equivalent
• Able to pass a background check
• Have genuine empathy and understanding of children's needs and development
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Exhibit flexibility and adaptability to meet community needs and respond to changing circumstances
• Capable of meeting the physical demands of working with children
