Child Welfare Visit Facilitator

We are seeking a compassionate, organized Child Welfare Visit Facilitator to support families involved in the child welfare system. In this role, you will coordinate, supervise, and coach parents during visits with their children, helping to create safe, structured, and meaningful interactions. You will work directly with parents and caregivers to strengthen nurturing skills, improve communication, and support healthy family connections.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle
- Ability to pass all required background clearances
- Ability to pass pre-employment, post-offer drug screening
- Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coach parents during visits with their children
- Provide guidance on nurturing interactions, child development, and positive discipline
- Support parents in building emotional regulation and engagement skills
- Ensure visits are safe, supportive, and productive
- Transport clients using your personal vehicle as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and meet required standards
