About The Position
The Senior Case Aide Generalist provides essential administrative support to case management within Child Welfare, enabling social workers to focus on children and families. This role serves as a bridge between the Case Aide Generalist and Specialist, managing ticket types that require deeper Child Welfare knowledge and ensuring timely, high-quality resolution through a variety of administrative tasks. Clear and proactive communication with case workers and all involved parties is essential, demonstrating trust, credibility and support ensuring tasks are completed effectively.
