About The Position
Child Watch/Family Engagement Team members needed! Part-time Weekdays 8:00am-12:00pm Weekends 8:00am-1:00pm Evenings 4:00pm-8:00pm Special Events Friday Nights Do you want like to work with kids? Color? Paint? Wear tennis shoes to work? Do you want to make a difference in a childs life? The YMCA is the place for you! We are looking for energetic, nurturing, team-players to work on our Family Engagement team. The team will provide safe and engaging, quality child care and be a positive role model for children, parents and other staff, while doing age-appropriate activities with kids. Requirements
- Must be 16 or older
- 1 year Child Care Experience
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or equivalent recommended
- Red Cross Babysitting certificate, course work in child development or related field preferred but not required
