The Child Watch Attendant is responsible for providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children while their parents or guardians utilize YMCA programs and facilities. This role ensures children are supervised at all times and creates a positive experience that reflects the YMCA's commitment to youth development and family support. Schedule: Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM–11:00 AM & 5:00 PM–7:00 PM Friday: 9:00 AM–11:00 AM Saturday: 9:00 AM–11:00 AM No Sunday hours No Friday or Saturday evening hours POSITION SUMMARY: A Child Watch Attendant is a direct care position responsible for assisting in the implementation of daily program activities and care of YMCA member's children while in Child Watch.
