Requirements

Currently employed with the Florida Department of Revenue in the Child Support Program as a Revenue Specialist II
Did not accept a lateral transfer within the last 12 months (excluding hardship lateral transfers)

Responsibilities

Initiating and responding to requests
Analyzing and completing financial activities
Coordinating with internal and external partners
Researching and resolving case issues
Gathering information and analyzing case data to determine next steps
Assisting customers
Interacting with financial services providers, other states, employers, and other business partners
Making decisions based on case information and provided documentation
