The Child Study Team Member is responsible for assessing, supporting, and enhancing the educational experience of students with diverse learning needs. This role involves conducting comprehensive assessments to identify students' strengths and challenges, including the presence of any learning disabilities, emotional disturbances, or other barriers to learning. The CST Member will collaborate with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to develop personalized and legally mandated Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students with special needs, manage and oversee the implementation of these IEPs, and advocate for the rights and educational needs of students with disabilities.
