About The Position

As a caregiver at ComForCare, you will play an essential role in our organization providing companionship, socialization, and basic needs support to our clients. What we are looking for: A passion to serve and help children with special needs (from 3 years through 17).
Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate.
- Access to reliable transportation.
- Previous experience in providing care for children with special needs.
- Flexible to work including evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Provide care and supervision to ensure the child’s health & safety.
- Attend to the Child’s basic self-help needs including communication, socialization, and behavioral management.
- Organize activities to support learning and cognitive development.
- Assist daily routines which would ordinarily be performed by family members.
