Job Summary We are looking for a Part Time Hybrid Child Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our dynamic team on a part-time basis. The NP will provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and therapeutic support for pediatric and adolescent patients in a collaborative, hybrid (telehealth and in-person) setting.

  • Conduct psychiatric assessments and medication management for children and adolescents
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, therapists, and primary care providers
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Provide patient and family education around medications, treatment options, and wellness strategies
  • Participate in case conferences and care coordination
  • Accurately document patient encounters using EMR
  • Support the expansion of pediatric mental health services across the community
  • Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nursing
  • Certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
  • Active and unrestricted New York State NP license
  • 3 y ears of e xperience working with children and adolescents in mental health settings
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid care model (in-person and telehealth)
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Knowledge of community-based or urban healthcare systems
