ABILITY TO: Coordinate and maintain in-house substitute process. Perform basic diagnosis and repair of point-of-service equipment at sites. Operate modern office equipment and computer terminal with various software programs. Operate automated coin and currency counting equipment. Communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with child nutrition staff, school site administrators, other school site personnel, parents and community members.Work independently with limited direction. Meet schedules and time lines. Plan and organize work. Maintain filing system for all required program documents. Prepare clear and accurate financial statements and report.Use a computer terminal with various software programs. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEAny combination equivalent to: graduation from high school and three (3) years of experience in food service, with emphasis on computerized systems and regulated programs. Must be proficient in word processing and be familiar with computer software (i.e. budget, accounting, and spreadsheet).LICENSES AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS- Valid California Driver's License.- Proof of automobile insurance.- ServeSafe Certification or another comparable health certification.
