To train in all areas of a Child Nutrition Manager, for advancement in becoming Cafeteria Manager. Responsible for the supervision, training, and management of the campus food service staff and operation of kitchen to ensure that nutritional requirements and appropriate quantities of food are prepared and served in accordance with TDA, USDA, District guidelines, State and local health department regulations.
