Butterfly Effects is seeking passionate Child Interventionists / Behavior Technicians (RBT) to join our team in the Hayward/Fremont area. This part-time position offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families affected by autism. As a Child Interventionist, you will work directly with children, helping them develop essential skills such as communication, social interaction, and self-care. You will also collaborate with families to create and implement behavior intervention plans tailored to each child's needs. This role is perfect for individuals who love spending time with children and are eager to contribute positively to their development. This part-time role requires a commitment of 12-20 hours per week, with a competitive hourly wage ranging from $24.00 to $28.00, depending on experience, education, and certifications.
