About The Position

Trusted Results Therapy Group is a CARF-accredited, multi-location behavioral health practice serving children and families across South Carolina. We are expanding our child and family specialty track and are looking for an experienced, self-directed clinician who wants a full independent contractor caseload built around child-centered, evidence-based work. The Opportunity This is a 1099 independent contractor position with full-time caseload availability. We are looking for a clinician who wants consistent, high-volume referral flow without the overhead of running their own practice. TRTG handles credentialing support, administrative coordination, and referral pipeline so you can focus entirely on clinical work. Caseload expectation is a minimum of 30 client sessions per week, making this a genuine full-time income opportunity for the right clinician. What You Will Do Provide individual and family therapy to children and adolescents (ages 3–17) presenting with trauma, behavioral concerns, anxiety, attachment difficulties, and developmental challenges. Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans grounded in your specialty training. Collaborate with caregivers, schools, and community providers as clinically appropriate. Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in our EHR system. Operate independently within your scope of practice while participating in case consultation as needed. Compensation Competitive per-session or percentage-of-collections rate commensurate with licensure level and specialty training. Requirements

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
  • Active South Carolina licensure (LISW-CP, LPC, LMFT, or fully independent equivalent).
  • Minimum one year of direct clinical experience with children or adolescents.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of trauma-informed and developmentally appropriate interventions.
  • Ability to maintain a caseload of 30 or more sessions per week.
  • Please note: As a 1099 contractor role, candidates must hold fully independent licensure. Associate or supervised licensure levels (LPC-A, LMSW) are not eligible for this position.

Nice To Haves

  • Training or certification in PCIT (Parent-Child Interaction Therapy) or Registered Play Therapist (RPT) credential or active pursuit.
  • Experience with TF-CBT or other structured trauma modalities.
  • Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English.
  • Familiarity with Medicaid documentation and managed care environments.
