Responsibilities

  • Supervise indoor and outdoor activities for children aged two months to six years.
  • Prepare and serve meals, ensuring safe use of kitchen utensils and appliances.
  • Follow instructions for set-up and supervision of activities.
  • Act quickly in hazardous situations to prevent accidents and provide first aid when necessary.
  • Direct classroom staff in the absence of Lead and Assistant Lead teachers.
  • Work cooperatively with other staff in the child care program.
  • Resolve conflicts with children and adults effectively.
  • Lift and carry children up to 40 pounds when necessary.
