About The Position

My Gym Children’s Fitness Center is a 600 locations strong international corporation offering the BEST recreational fitness and gymnastics programs and blowout birthday parties for children ages 6 weeks to 10 years of age. My Gym is currently hiring a children’s fitness coach/instructor. In addition to teaching, you will be responsible for helping meet monthly team goals. My Gym Children’s Fitness Center and Noah's Art Studios are a lot more than just “Mommy and Me" classes. From first steps to first handstands, and holding a pencil to canvas painting we are committed to creating wonderful Moments That Matter. Our gyms and studios are safe, colorful, and oh-so-clean spaces, and our staff pride themselves on providing a fun, safe, and meaningful experience to each and every family who enters through our doors. Every day in more than 700 locations worldwide, My Gym kids attend structured, noncompetitive and age-appropriate classes and birthday parties taught by incredibly talented, fun, and happy grown-ups. Our curriculum grows with children and features a wide variety of activities designed to promote coordination, agility, flexibility, motor skills, and social skills. Whether it’s a toddler in a parent-participation class wiggling through a warm-up, or a school-aged Ninja kid conquering our Warped Wall, the FUN never stops! Requirements

Ability to work hard and play hard, including some weekends would be nice.
Highly energetic
Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
Experience working with children
Background in fitness (athletics, sports, dance, cheer, gymnastics, martial arts, or related field)
Effective leadership and motivational skills
Effective time management
Adept sales skills
