About The Position

The Social Sciences Division is currently accepting applications for part-time Child Development Instructors. Adjunct applications are accepted on a continuous basis for immediate and future hiring needs. Applicants will be contacted if selected for further consideration. Adjunct pools remain open throughout the academic year to support ongoing recruitment for departmental assignments and can close at any time. Please review the application requirements to ensure that your submission is complete. Applications will not be considered until all required documents have been received.

Requirements

  • Master's in child development, early childhood education, human development, home economics/family and consumer studies with a specialization in child development/early childhood education, or educational psychology with a specialization in child development/ early childhood education
  • Bachelor's in any of the above
  • Master's in social work, educational supervision, elementary education, special education, psychology, bilingual/ bicultural education, life management/home economics, family life studies, or family and consumer studies
  • Resume
  • Scanned copy of official transcripts showing completion of required degree. Unofficial transcripts will be accepted only during the application process. Official transcripts are required upon offer of employment. Foreign transcripts and degrees require official certification of equivalency to U.S. transcripts and degrees by a certified U.S. review service at the time of application.
