Full-time positions are now available with multiple age groups at our North Oaks center! Mondays-Fridays: Twos: 7:30 am - 4:30 pm (must meet LA Lead Teacher requirements) All Ages Float Part-Time: flexible, closing shift (till 7:30pm) The starting hourly rate for this position is between $14.24-$19.25 per hour. Requirements
- Candidates must pass required state and company background checks, and meet state and company minimum education and experience requirements:
- At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED required
- Lead Teacher positions must meet Louisiana requirements for “Lead Teacher”
- Currently enrolled in an early childhood coursework program, CDA, or degree required
- At least six months of experience working in child care, daycare, or preschool preferred
Responsibilities
- Create and lead activities based on your observations of the children’s interests and needs.
- Communicate daily with parents. Document and share the important milestones in their child’s day.
- Keep the classroom safe and clean by following important procedures and guidelines.
