Requirements

• At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED
• Prior experience in childcare, daycare, or preschool (six months preferred)
• Ability to meet all state and company background check requirements
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination requirements or weekly testing (if applicable to your location’s policy)

Nice To Haves

• A degree in early childhood or a related field is a plus

• Plan and lead engaging experiences based on each child’s interests and developmental needs
• Build strong relationships with families through consistent communication and daily updates
