Requirements
- 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or GED (degree in Early Childhood Education preferred)
- A caring, compassionate, and dependable individual with a genuine love for children
- Infant & Child CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to certify)
- Ability to complete required child care training within the first 6 months
- Successful background check & fingerprint submission

Responsibilities
- Create a safe, fun, and nurturing environment for children
- Plan, supervise, and lead engaging daily activities
- Support children’s social, physical, and intellectual development
- Ensure safe and healthy practices, including serving meals and maintaining a clean environment
- Follow all state licensing and safety regulations
