Responsibilities

• Conducts duties associated with the delivery of services and determines eligibility for receipt of child care assistance.
• Interprets rules and regulations of child care program areas.
• Facilitates/coordinates the processes and procedures necessary to provide clients with assistance.
• Performs calculations and accounting functions necessary to establish eligibility and to determine the necessary steps to resolve client situations.
• Determines eligibility for various child care assistance programs using the state computer system.
