Salary Range(s) Lead Teacher: $ 19.33- $ 25.00 per hour for Lead Teacher Qualified Candidates. School Leadership: $55,125-$85,971 per year for Director Qualified Candidates. Regional Management: $95,000-$105,000 per year for Qualified Candidates. School Leadership & Regional Management positions qualify for an annual bonus plan based on qualitative and quantitative metrics. The compensation range represents Heartworks' intention for these positions. Actual offers may vary based on experience, education, and other business factors. We’re Growing! Requirements

  • Coursework completed in ECE preferred.
  • Must possess a driver's license (in good standing) and reliable transportation.
  • Travel requirements will include responsibility for travel to our Vermont schools, occasional travel to our Home Office in Lawrence, MA, and to locations associated with our brands in New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and Connecticut, with the ability to work remotely when appropriate. Additionally, travel may expand to other states as we open new schools and broaden our regional footprint.
  • Must be Director eligible according to State Regulations for leadership roles.
  • Minimum five years of demonstrated progressive leadership in organizations in continuous transformation for leadership roles.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication skills, especially in relationship-building and management.
  • Team player with a flexible, collaborative approach and ability to advocate for others.
  • Solid business acumen, management, analytical, and problem-thinking skills.
  • Ability and willingness to work a flexible Full-Time schedule that may include weekends and nights as needed.
  • Based in Chittenden County, VT – at least 50% of your time will be dedicated to field mentorship in the Regional Management roles.
  • Lead Teacher and School Leadership roles are Full-Time in person at designated school(s).
