Your journey starts here! POSITION SUMMARY: The Kids Club Lead Associate works under the general direction of the Kids Club Director to ensure smooth program operations. The Kids Club Lead Associate will provide operational expertise to the department and train staff on programs, policies and procedures and systems. Programs may include Childcare, Parent’s Night Out, Camp Days, and Summer Camps. The Kids Club Lead Associate will supervise department operations in the Kids Club Director’s absence. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS INCLUDE: Hourly, based on relevant experience to the role. Full-time hours. PTO. Benefits package. 401K with dollar for dollar match up to 4%. Complimentary Club membership. Requirements

  • Experience supervising child care programs or activities
  • Understanding of children’s behavior
  • Ability to implement children’s curriculum and programs
  • Proficient in Excel and MSWord.
  • Experience with transactional (POS) systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Excellent customer service skills, energetic, enthusiastic and motivational
  • High standards in ethics and service
  • Occasional bending, kneeling, and lifting of weights up to 40 lbs.
  • Frequent standing, walking, reaching, climbing and balancing

Nice To Haves

  • Prior leadership experience is preferred
  • College degree in related field (preferred)
