We are looking for a qualified individual that is passionate, reliable, and eager to be a vital part of our early childhood education environment. This position will manage the inventory, budget and menu, assist with supplies, and comply with all dietary restrictions of children! It is an early morning shift starting at 6:45 a.m. but you will have your evenings free! Requirements
- Has experience working in a kitchen or food service environment
- Ready to lend a helping hand and work as a team
- Punctual and dependable
- Professionalism displayed through appropriate interactions, dress and communication
- Experience managing a kitchen
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine love for children and a passionate commitment to their health and well-being
- Dependable and reliable transportation to and from work
Responsibilities
- Maintains cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- Wash dishes, utensils and kitchen equipment
- Oversee inventory management and food service
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are followed
