Requirements

Must be CPL-3
Written and verbal communication skills

Nice To Haves

2-3 years classroom experience as well as 1-2 years experience leading other adults and a degree in early childhood education (or related field), or Career Pathway Level 3 and or Current CDA
Creativity: effective problem solver; is innovative and has new ideas that helps operations
Customer Focus: Great daily communication, timely responsiveness, engagement and resourceful in finding answers to questions
Checklist Lover: Detail oriented, loves to complete tasks and is an eager problem solve
