As the Director at Small Hands Big Dreams, your days are filled: Recruitment and retention of families and staff Meeting parents' needs Communicating with parents, staff and children Overseeing and inspiring excellence in curriculum Supporting teachers' professional development Using various software systems Creating and adjusting daily staff schedules Facility management Oversite of Program Quality We are looking for the best-in-class, 5-Star leader who knows learning is more than just ABCs and 123s and leading is more than just managing!

Requirements

Nice To Haves

  • 2-3 years classroom experience as well as 1-2 years experience leading other adults and a degree in early childhood education (or related field), or Career Pathway Level 3 and or Current CDA

  • Customer Focus: Great daily communication, timely responsiveness, engagement and resourceful in finding answers to questions

Responsibilities

  • Recruitment and retention of families and staff

  • Contributes ideas and energy to the team
